Our Infrastructure

Vanesa operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing units located in Himachal Pradesh and Haryana. Our flagship facility in Village Barota, Sonipat, Haryana spans over 7 acres, with a built-up area of more than 300,000 sq. ft., making it one of the largest aerosol and personal care plants in Delhi-NCR.

Our plants are equipped with:

• Daily production capacity of over 5 lakh aerosol units, 1.5 lakh perfume units, and 1 lakh personal care units (skin care, creams, etc.).

• Bulk LPG storage with continuous filtration (PESO Certified) to ensure top-quality inputs.

• Advanced microbiological testing lab for stringent quality checks.

• Zero waste discharge systems and a 70% solar-powered energy setup, supporting our sustainability goals.

• Ample space for raw material and packaging material storage.
