Our Infrastructure

Vanesa’s integrated manufacturing facility is spread across 2,60,000 sq. ft. of land with an approximate 4,00,000 sq. ft. built-up area, designed for high-speed, large-scale production across personal care categories.

The plant operates on 70% solar energy, with a target of 100% solar power by 2027. Equipped with ETP & STP plants under a Zero Waste Water Discharge system, the facility ensures environmentally responsible operations.

We maintain world-class fire safety systems and a USP-grade water plant (>1 conductivity control) to ensure superior product quality and safety standards.
